Fractional Finance Director
Location: Hybrid / Central London
Contract: Roughly one day a week, with peaks and troughs throughout the year

Hubbub is looking for strategic finance support from someone with extensive charity finance experience.
The role will include:
- Advising the CEO and Directors on strategic finance issues.
- Preparation of papers for quarterly Finance & Risk Committees.
- The organisational budget.
- Providing general guidance to the Finance Manager.
Who you are:
- Wide experience of working in the charity sector as a Finance Director, including with small/medium-sized charities.
- Excellent communication skills: in particular, you should feel confident in making financial issues comprehensible to non-finance staff.

Development Manager
Location: Central London/Flexible
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Start date: Ideally ASAP but flexible for the right candidate
Salary: £43,919

We’re looking for a commercially minded business development professional who has expertise working with Trusts & Foundations and businesses to generate new and exciting opportunities.
You will research prospects, develop relationships and write bids to secure restricted, project-based funding aligned to funder priorities. This includes contributing to cases for support and working with programme colleagues to shape fundable project ideas.
Alongside this, you will support business partnerships work. This includes contributing to proposal decks and written materials and helping shape project ideas as businesses explore working with Hubbub. Trusts & Foundations expertise is the priority, and Hubbub can support you to develop experience in business partnerships over time.

Commercial Lead (Freelance)
Location: Hybrid / Central London
Contract: 3 months initially, c.2 days a week (or ~15 hours), flexibly across the week

Hubbub is looking for freelance commercial leadership to support the next phase of the Big Ballot Bin.
The role will include:
- Sales outreach and deal progression.
- Commercial oversight of marketing and launch
- Commercial leadership and business model shaping
Who you are:
- Sees themselves as a sales, marketing and commercial all-rounder
- Has experience selling into large private-sector organisations
- Is comfortable with hands-on outreach and follow-up
